Bubu: "Even if I leave, I will always be there when you think of me."

A week before the senior dog Bubu passed away, his family arranged a communication session. What he said caused me, as a human, to reflect profoundly.

When Bubu's family contacted me, they only said: "It feels like Bubu is about to log out of Earth; his condition is very poor. Can you help tell him not to be afraid?" We quickly squeezed in a session to prevent Bubu from leaving suddenly due to his illness.

Small Beings Possess Great Wisdom

Bubu: "Death is a very normal thing; it is a new beginning."

During the communication, Bubu repeatedly reiterated that he was not afraid of getting sick or his impending death. He calmly stated that he wanted to spend the rest of his countdown life with his mom just like any ordinary day, and had no special wishes to fulfill. Bubu believed that embracing the present moment was the happiest thing in the world for him. He hoped that his mom could comfortably accompany him through his final journey without being in too much pain. Bubu's words made me start thinking about how we habitually view death. Is it simply a fear and bewilderment toward the unknown, or is it the powerlessness and anger of being unable to let go? If we look at death from another perspective, could it be a farewell that offers blessings? If given the chance to say a proper goodbye, could we perhaps leave with no regrets in our hearts?

Bubu: "Whenever you think of me, I can receive it. I am just accompanying you in another way."

Of course, when Bubu returned to the Dog Planet, Bubu's mom still cried her eyes out. After all, they had been family for over 20 years; it is impossible not to be sad and heartbroken. However, Bubu's mom told me that she was glad she arranged a pre-departure communication, allowing her to say a proper goodbye to Bubu and partially understand the evolutionary process of a pet's soul, which brought her a great deal of peace. Moreover, from Bubu's farewell, she tried to perceive death from Bubu's perspective and received tremendous support. In the final moments by Bubu's side, she accompanied him with her "greatest love," leaving behind no regrets.
