Three Small Things in a Morning Ritual: A Candle, A Drop of Oil, A Belief

Ten quiet morning minutes that gently lift the atmosphere of your entire day.

A ritual doesn't need to be long to be effective. Ten minutes of practice can create more miracles than the weeks, months, or years of things you've always wanted to do but never quite achieved.

A Candle

Choose a favorite scent (energy quality) and light it. Not for the fragrance, but for the small action that says "I have decided today has begun." The flame acts as an energetic activation, declaring "beginning and transformation."

A Drop of Oil

Apply a drop to your palms and rub them gently. Hover them over your head to align yourself with this frequency. Then place your hands close to your heart to truly feel that energy, take a gentle breath in, and exhale slowly. Whatever the scent may be, simply enjoy it.

The Most Important Belief

Anchoring your intention is the most important thing. Many ancient wisdoms and rituals begin with a morning "practice" — whether it's sitting quietly, meditating, chanting, or connecting with the light through various rituals — all are designed to anchor yourself and align with high-frequency energy. Right here, set an intention for the mood in which you wish to spend your day.

A ritual is not magic. It is a moment you intentionally set aside for yourself, and a small agreement you keep with yourself.
